This Weekend: Things to Do in Milton Keynes with the Whole Family
Looking for fun things to do with the whole family? Here are some fantastic day out ideas happening right here in Milton Keynes this weekend!
There’s always something happening in MK. If you’re stuck for things to do this summer holiday, here are some fun events taking place this coming weekend.
The Street Market at Queen’s Court
From Friday 28th – Sun 30th, the Street Marketing will be taking place at Queen’s Court. There will be a variety of international foods, garden items and gifts. Fun shopping for all!
Queen’s Court Movie Nights
The Queen’s Court Movie Nights will be showing outdoor screenings every weekend until mid-August. Pull up a deckchair and relax to your favourite film in the great outdoors. Food and alcohol can be purchased on site (your own food and drink is not permitted).
This weekend’s screenings are:
Friday 28th, 7pm – The Karate Kid
Saturday 29th July, 7pm – Pretty Woman
Sunday 30th July, 5pm – The Goonies
The Beach at Centre:MK
Visit the mall’s manmade sandy beach with everything you would expect from a real seaside resort – just minus the ocean! With funfair rides, desk chairs, ice cream and candy floss stands. Bring your beach towel and a bucket and space, and don’t forget the sun cream!
The Comedy Cow Festival
If you need something fun for the adults, why not head to the Comedy Cow Festival? Over 43 comedy acts will be there over the course of the weekend, from Friday 28th – Sunday 30th July. Ticket prices are £35.
Say Hello to Summer Disco
This Friday 28th, 360 Play MK will be hosting a summer disco from 6:30pm – 8:30pm, with special guest MOANA! This fun-filled family event will raise funds for 360 Play MK’s charity of the year, The Henry Allen Trust. Tickets are £5 per child and £1.50 per adult.
