On Tues 12th September from 10am to 6pm, Healthwatch 2017 will be taking place at Middleton Hall and everyone is invited to come along to speak to local and regional health experts. Exhibiting there will be social care groups, wellbeing groups, charities, statutory organisations and private companies.

Healthwatch is an independent national champion for people who use health and social care services in the UK. And the organisation aims to help to shape a society in which people’s health and social care needs are always heard, understood and met. According to their website:
“The number of local Healthwatch branches who have identified improvements to home care services as a priority for their communities has doubled in the past year.”
